RGP Agronomics is a company founded by Udit Pathak in Hardoi District of Uttar Pradesh .After a long experience in Agri Input Industry the idea behind conceptualization of RGP Agronomics is to provide essential services in field of agriculture that can help in creation of value in present Agri Input Industry .There is a need of qualified trained human resource in agriculture industry but due to no professional industry oriented set up there is a huge gap in learning efficiency and outcome in this sector .We have aimed to trained 25 Students in each district of India to create a sustainable man force which is qualified and willing to work in this sector which forms the back bone of Indian economy . The old family business in agribusiness has found innovation which has resulted in formation of RGP Agronomics which is an idea formally incorporated after 5 years of research so as to understand the need of market as well as Industry.
