We are establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing enterprise in Lalru, Punjab, built on an integrated Lost Foam Casting and Advanced Polymer Moulding platform. Ours will be India’s first 100% Lost Foam Casting-based industrial manufacturing ecosystem, producing SG Iron, Cast Iron and Cast Steel castings with exceptionally high dimensional accuracy, surface finish and efficiency. The facility will incorporate design, casting, CNC machining, coating, assembly, testing, quality validation, packaging and branding under one roof. The business operates through four verticals: 1. Valve Manufacturing: Indigenous production of high-quality valves for water supply, sewerage and firefighting sectors under our own brand. 2. Engineering Castings for Automobile, Railways & Defence: Precision lightweight castings and machined components supplied to OEMs and Tier-1 manufacturers. 3. EPS Product Manufacturing: Production of EPS foam moulded components for both our casting patterns and the packaging industry. 4. EPP Product Manufacturing: Advanced Expanded Polypropylene products for automotive, drone manufacturing, protective packaging and defence applications. The enterprise is technology-driven, fully integrated and innovation-led, focused on import substitution, export competitiveness, sustainable manufacturing and value-added engineering.
