Smt. Shashikala Mulabagulan passed Dip. in Civil Engineering in 1984-85, Dip. in Environment & Pollution Control in 2002-03, A.M.I.E. (Mining) in 2012-13, 36 years experience. Smt. P. Harika passed B.E. Civil Engineering in the Year 2010-11 & M. Tech (Environmental Engineering) in 2014-15, 10 years experience. Both of them with an intension to setup an Environmental Lab at Ballari, established a limited liability partnership firm, namely Ribhu Samvikalpa Labs LLP, which has been registered from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India on 20.08.2024 vide LLP identification no. ACI-0196, to carryout environmental monitoring works like sampling, testing, analysis and reporting, for parameters like Air, Water, Noise, Soil and Meteorology/Weather as per the norms stipulated by the Govt. agencies through an expert team of technically well versed personnel and with an inbuilt modern instrumentation facilities and infrastructure facilities, with necessary recognition from MOEF & CC, New Delhi and accreditation by NABL (ISO 17025: 2017) and certification by OHSAS (8001- 2007). Further, there is a proposal to setup mobile environmental labs which will collect samples for testing, analysis and reporting instantaneously for certain parameters, to enable immediate preventive and corrective measures. Ribhu Samvikalpa Labs LLP will initially generate an employment for about 50 persons and on expansion, about 200 persons, which includes, highly skilled, skilled and semiskilled persons. Ribhu Samvikalpa Labs LLP will directly contribute in the form of taxes (i.e GST & Income Tax) on the business to the Govt. and indirectly contribute to the society in the form of providing guidance to the management of mines and industries to keep the environmental pollution levels with-in the standards prescribed by the statutory authorities and inturn, the mines and industries will enhance the financial health of our Country.
