Ribitto is a Hyderabad-based technology startup incorporated in September 2025, building India's first fully digital fractional real estate investment platform that enables retail investors to own verified, direct shares in properties through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) structure. Traditional real estate investment in India requires ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore or more, putting premium properties completely out of reach for salaried professionals, first-generation investors, and middle-class individuals who want real estate exposure but cannot commit large capital. Ribitto solves this by allowing multiple investors to collectively own a single property through an SPV incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with each investor receiving actual shares in the property-owning company — not units, not deposits, not indirect trust certificates, but direct legal ownership. The platform operates across three asset classes — commercial properties (offices, retail spaces, warehouses), residential properties (apartments, villas, flats), and plots (land, layouts, RERA-compliant NA plots) — making it the only platform in India offering fractional SPV ownership across all three categories under one roof. Ribitto's technology infrastructure includes a live property listing and investor discovery website, a digital KYC and PAN verification system, an automated share allocation engine, smart agreement generation, and an SPV compliance tracker. A mobile application for iOS and Android, an investor portfolio dashboard, and a peer-to-peer share transfer marketplace are currently under active development. The company generates revenue through property sourcing fees, SPV management fees, transaction processing fees, exit facilitation fees, technology platform subscriptions, and advisory services for housing communities and RWA groups looking to structure collective ownership through SPVs.
