The startup will be engaged in the business of designing, developing and providing Software as a Service SaaS based digital solutions for educational institutions through web based platforms, mobile applications and websites. The company will develop and operate software for school management including live school bus tracking systems using GPS technology which will allow parents, teachers and school administration to monitor the real time location of school buses for safety and convenience. The platform will also provide student attendance management systems through digital interfaces where teachers can mark attendance and parents can receive real time updates regarding the attendance status of their children. Further the company will provide homework and assignment tracking software through which teachers can upload homework, assignments and study materials and students and parents can access and monitor the academic tasks through mobile applications or web portals. The company will also develop communication modules enabling interaction between schools, teachers, students and parents through notifications, announcements and messaging services. In addition to this the company will be engaged in website designing, web development, mobile application development, cloud based software development, maintenance, customization and integration of digital platforms for schools, educational institutions and other organizations. The company may also provide software installation, technical support, data management services, system integration and other related information technology services to educational institutions and other clients in India and abroad and may undertake all such activities as are necessary or incidental for the promotion, development and operation of the above mentioned software and technology services.
