Ridhiyana Energy Private Limited was incorporated on 26th October 2020 with an aim to generate and supply of solar power energy and related services thereof. With an object to fulfill the increasing demand of power in India, the company will work in the direction of environment friendly procedures and will generate power from natural resources. To carry on business of power generation by various conventional and nonconventional methods and technologies including but not limited to wind, solar, hydel, geo-hydel, tidal waves, bio-mass, coal, gas lignite, oil, waste and thermal etc. and by using methods and technologies that are not existing today but may be invented in future. To promote, own, acquire, erect, construct, establish, maintain, improve, manage, operate, alter, take on hire/lease power plants, energy conservation projects, power houses, transmission and distribution systems for generation, distribution, transmission and supply of electrical energy and buy sell, supply exchange, market, function as a license and deal in electrical power and energy. The primary objective for deploying renewable energy in India is to advance economic development, improve energy security, improve access to energy, and mitigate climate change. Sustainable development is possible by use of sustainable energy and by ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for citizens. Strong government support and the increasingly opportune economic situation have pushed India to be one of the top leaders in the world’s most attractive renewable energy markets. The government has designed policies, programs, and a liberal environment to attract foreign investments to ramp up the country in the renewable energy market at a rapid rate. It is anticipated that the renewable energy sector can create a large number of domestic jobs over the following years. This paper aims to present significant achievements, prospects, projections, generation of electricity, as well as challenges and investment and employment opportunities due to the development of renewable energy in India. The company will be able to grow faster with an aim to work in the direction of saving environment and generating energy from natural resources which is environment friendly and will be able to create much wealth. A number of employments will be generated by working in this field. Multiple people will be required to set up the solar energy plant and to generate electricity and distribution thereof.
