As we have faced covid-19 crises and found that many of the workers returning back to home from various states. All this is due many workers unable to get work in their local residential areas or states or low wages problem or if there is work available in nearby areas due to no awareness it doesn't reach to workers. So, after getting related problem statement in Smart India Hackathon 2022 and winning the same problem challenge, we want to move forward to build it as a startup and work for the betterment of workers and building as a business like Zomato and swiggy. As we see daily crowd at different roads, which can be reduced by our startup project. Workers can easily get daily wage employment work from their home. Our idea is selected due to novel solution related to migrant workers. we have already made business plan, revenue projection and scalability for converting this idea into startup. We met with Dr. Dinesh K. Dhami (Deputy director Employment Provident fund Organization) and he appreciated our idea. Also, we have presented our idea to P.K Pundir sir (Deputy Director of Employment), Harikesh Chaurasia Sir (Director of Employment) & they all appreciated our idea and suggested to start a startup. We have presented our idea to Anil Rajbhar sir, and he motivated us to start and launch it as soon as possible. By seeing demand of our project among various users & workers (after consulting), we have decided to start it as a startup and by estimating its future needs it can be useful. Mera Rojgar & Mera Adhikar, here our aim is to develop a platform for both migrant workers and work providers. Here workers who are finding a relevant work can get the job/work easily on a single click from their home. not required to visit different places and creating crowd at different public locations. just like Zomato & swiggy, through our portal both work seeker and work provider will register themselves on our platform. Also, Registration of number of workers from different area will provide record that which area/state has more workers. here work provider or any person can post the worker relevant work with details and wages on our platform and after posting it gets notified to nearby area workers and now, they can apply for that work. time to time special package offers to different workers depending upon there working. special working corner for skilled workers with different field work. rating system will be their which will display the top-rated workers daily on our platform and gets regularly updated depending upon their performance. All process can be executed via app, web portal and dialup (for workers), With this platform we can help many startups works also for Example (if a person want to start a mat making business and he required some workers then with the help of our portal he can easily find nearby good skilled workers may be male/female and check their work quality by sample test and then hiring them.)
