We are a new age fashion company envisioned to disrupt the fashion and apparel industry with our new business model. The biggest challenge in the fashion industry or any other industry for that matter is that instead of doing everything on own, nobody is trying to find ways to collaborate and grow. What we have seen in fashion industry is that, there are a lot of important functions in this viz. designing, sourcing material, manufacturing, inventory management and marketing/sales. Now most of the players in this category are working in of the two ways: 1) doing everything on their own, or 2) getting products manufactured by vendors who do job work for them. There are certain issues in both ways, like in the first one, it is very difficult to grow exponentially because of a lot of complexities in each function and handling everything will hamper the scaling as one person cannot efficiently focus on everything. In second one, you cannot ensure timely and quality delivery due to dependability on unorganised players. So we have devised a new model in which we are bring different enterprising people on one platform like designers, manufacturers etc, and helping them collaborate to create fashion products. In this we are focusing primarily on financing, inventory management and sales. Rest other things are done by other entities but as per our standardisation procedure. We also support them financially to create their our business be it designing services or, manufacturing setup and they work completely for us under our umbrella. In this way we are able to ensure fast, quality and new products and move it fast in the market.
