Ritamm is an AI-native software platform built for fund administration operations in private capital markets (private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and similar investment structures). Fund administrators are the firms responsible for maintaining the financial books, computing net asset values (NAV), reconciling transactions, managing investor reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance for investment funds. Today, most of this work runs on a combination of legacy software systems, spreadsheets, and manual human effort — resulting in high operational costs, slow turnaround times, and avoidable errors. Ritamm solves this by acting as an intelligent orchestration layer that sits above a fund administrator's existing software systems. It ingests data from these systems, applies automated rules for routine calculations and reconciliations, uses AI to handle exceptions and judgment-heavy tasks with human oversight, and writes verified results back — all with a complete audit trail. The platform does not replace the fund administrator's existing tools. Instead, it makes them significantly more effective by automating the repetitive operational work, reducing errors, and freeing skilled professionals to focus on higher-value tasks. Ritamm is a B2B SaaS product, currently pre-revenue and in active development. The founding team brings experience from Bain & Company, an Ivy League MBA, and an IIT engineering background, combined with domain exposure to fund administration workflows and alternative investment fund operations.
