Rixroent Private Limited is a deep-technology research and product company developing Sannidhi, a wearable-free spatial presence platform. THE PROBLEM For more than a decade, the dominant approach to spatial and immersive computing has required the user to wear the technology - head-mounted displays, smart glasses, visors. These devices are technically capable, but they impose three structural limitations that have prevented spatial presence from becoming an everyday experience. First, they isolate. To enter the experience, a person must seal themselves off from the physical room and everyone in it. Second, they are individual rather than shared: a group cannot collectively experience the same presence in the same space unless every member owns and wears a device. Third, they introduce friction - locating, charging, wearing and adjusting hardware is a barrier that suppresses routine use. The consequence is that the situations where presence matters most - a conversation, a demonstration, a classroom, a consultation, a family gathering - are precisely the situations that wearable spatial technology serves least well. THE THESIS Sannidhi inverts the prevailing approach. Rather than transporting a person elsewhere through a worn device, it brings a presence into the room the person already occupies: at human scale, visible to everyone present simultaneously, requiring nothing to be worn, carried or configured. The Sanskrit word sannidhi means presence, and that is the precise technical and experiential objective of the platform. WHAT WE ARE BUILDING Sannidhi is a class of devices and an accompanying software platform that render two kinds of presence in physical space. The first is artificial intelligence given visible, life-size form - an agent a person can address naturally, in speech, as they would address someone standing across a counter. The second is remote human presence - a true scale in a physical room rather than as a rectangle on a screen.
