Founded on 28 April 2022, at Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India to set up RNA VAX BIO Private Limited (RVPL) is an Indian company that focuses on being the flag bearer for innovative technology in the pharma sector. The company is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Himachal Pradesh, India and has offices in Bangalore and Solan. The company works on treating and preventing life-threatening diseases while using cutting-edge and innovative mRNA technology. The Company plans to develop new and cheaper methods to make available indigenously synthesized mRNA for research and development of therapeutics in the first phase and then scale up facilities for development of LNP (Lipid based Nano particles), vaccines and finally mRNA platform based therapeutics. It will also be an inhouse facility that can provide synthetic pDNA and mRNA in the first place and then mRNA based vaccines and therapeutics. The facility will be a major boost to the ‘Make in India’ programme.
