In their own words

RoamPhi is India's first tourism super app for foreign visitors, solving payment access for 10M annual tourists locked out of UPI-dominated India. Problem: Foreigners can't access UPI (80%+ of transactions), credit cards charge 3-5% forex fees with frequent declines, airport exchanges charge 5-15% markups. Solution: FinTech platform combining 1) Multi-provider forex aggregation comparing 2-3 licensed providers for best daily rates (saves 3-5% vs airports), 2) UPI One World wallet via banking partners enabling seamless digital payments, 3) Integrated tourism services — hotels, cabs, tickets, recommendations in one app. Innovation: Only platform combining forex comparison + UPI wallet + tourism bookings. Market: 10M tourists (growing 8% YoY), ₹65K-₹1L spend per visit. At 1% penetration: ₹200Cr addressable GMV. Replicable in 50+ countries globally. Revenue: Forex spread (1.5-2%), booking commissions (10-20%), cab fees. Unit economics: ₹200-1,250/user, CAC ₹50-100, LTV/CAC 10-12x.Stage: Pre-revenue MVP. Targeting Kerala (1M+ tourists) as launch market.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot. To flag an error on our side, write to trust@indianstartupmap.com.
