We're a Small Pizzeria in an Upcountry market of BANSWARA, RAJASTHAN. We observed that Many Good Cafe's & Restaurants failed in the market previously, primarily due to excessive brain drain (youth migration) to metros & mini metros. Such buisness failures, led to demoralizing of other budding food- entrepreneurs wanting to enter the market. Now ironically, lack of Good Cafe's / Restaurants /hangout spots in the city led to increase in Brain drain even further as the New Generation of the city needs such facilities which they have experienced during their travel/visit/stay at bigger markets nearby such as UDAIPUR, AHMEDABAD, INDORE etc. I myself, Being out of Town for Higher Studies, for almost 7 years , had gotten the exposure for such a Food Culture & Cozy Ambience of such Hangout spots. When I decided to settle in my hometown, There was a clear void of such facilities /amenities in the town. I saw that many of my school batchmates, were settled in Metros/ Mini metros & didn't want to come back to the hometown. It was further observed, youth felt was embarrassed to associate themselves to a small town, where such amenities were missing. THAT WAS A MAJOR REALISATION!! We believe that there's a hidden aspiring FOODPRENEUR in all of us, Every teen has once in his/her lifetime has thought of owning a Cool Cafe, isn't it ??? Our quest to explore the idea began taking shape as we started the Cafe interior on 12th Oct 2022, with no previous expertise in food industry, striving to satisfy the massive Hunger Cravings of Family, Friends & fellow citizens of Banswara & challenged by the search of a GOOD hangout spot in the city, wherein people would like to eat, drink, chill & relax, , inaugurated on 14th Nov 2022, was created within a record time period of 1 Month & 2 Days only. The last thing the city needed was another standard Cafe with regular Menu items & mediocre food. We never gave ourselves an excuse that we're located in an Up country & tribal part of Rajasthan with limited & lesser access to the fancy resources. Yet we were determined to give the customers a visually vivid & colorful yet simplistic ambient experiences paired with always the freshest & uniquely tasting food with DINE-IN & TAKE AWAY options & great Service that keeps our customers coming back for more. Soon we began our HOME DELIVERY services to satisfy the Cravings & Hunger of our loyal customers & More. We proudly say that our Services became talk of the town & were even getting Delivery orders from Neighboring towns/ villages, such as- BORWAT, TALWADA, GANODA, GHATOL, SURPUR, BAGIDORA, etc... Whoaaa!! We were astonished as how just within 6 Months we have received SO MUCH LOVE & SUPPORT from the city . We now look forward to providing the same privilege to our neighboring towns, Tier-3 /Tier-4 towns, who are also affected by BRAIN DRAIN effect & lack access to such amenities which are expected by the new generations. This will in a way help develop these Towns & encourage other Foodpreneurs in the vicinity. Our motto also aligns with Hon' Prime Minister's vision " VOCAL for LOCAL" therefore this fund we seek from you would help us achieve our Scalability thereby benefitting these small towns & generating Employments as an added benefit.
