Rootbridge products and services are unique and innovative . Rootbridge Academy of Giving is the first of its kind place of teaching, learning and practice of non-profit fundraising in India. Our products and services : Training: It will create a training programme for non-profit fundraisers in India; there is no other organization in India that has an established training curriculum for fundraising professionals. The uniqueness about the training product is its curriculum and pedagogic approach towards training professional fundraisers. It will train and employ nearly one thousand fundraising professionals over the next 5 years at zero cost to the students; mostly from the less privileged socio-economic background. There is no other concerted effort to employ youth from the marginalized communities in the social sector. Along with creating employment opportunities to youth, the non-profit sector will benefit a lot from the pipeline of trained fundraising professionals, who are extremely difficult to hire in India now. Retail Fundraising: Rootbridge will offer non-profit retail fundraising services to organizations to build a larger domestic funding base and reduce its dependency on other institutional funders. The uniqueness in this product will be that we will also do it for small non-profits which cannot afford to pursue retail fundraising on their own, and design products in a manner that the fundraising operations self-sustaining itself. Research & Development (Learning): Conduct national level research and analysis of non-profit fundraising operations and performances to gather learning. Publish first of its kind annual status of fundraising report in India in 2022. Conduct an annual fundraising summit for national non-profits to think together and create fundraising solutions to critical social problems. The uniqueness in the approach is that academic thrust in improving quality of non-profit fundraising in India.
