Roppen Transportation Services Private Limited (“Company”) is in the business of providing bike pooling services under the brand name “RAPIDO”. The registered office of the Company is in Plot No.48, H.NO.2-66/5, Megha Hills, Madhapur Hyderabad, Telangana-500081 and its head office is in AJ Forte, #2343, 2nd and 3rd Floor, 17th Cross Road, Vanganahalli, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. The Company currently has four directors namely, Kunal Khattar, Aravind Sanka, Pavan Kumar Guntupalli and Murray Ernst Hoppe. Rapido started its operations in Bangalore in the year 2015. Rapido operates across 75+ cities in India covering Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities including in the cities like Bhatinda, Shillong, Chandigarh, Mysore, Alwar and other remote cities. Rapido also provides last mile delivery services to the entities which are engaged in providing groceries, e-commerce and other delivery services. The Company is an operator of a bike taxi booking platform designed to encourage people to offer bike rides to other people. The Company's platform helps to book a bike ride with just two taps with helmets and shower caps to make the experience smoother and hygienic and economical and transparent fares, enabling users to experience the most affordable and fun commute option in the city. Rapido is basically a platform where people can book a bike ride through a mobile app while traveling solo. With the traffic situation exceptionally pathetic especially during peak hours, zipping past in a two-wheeler saves a lot of time. Rapido is committed to create a viable commute option for an urban city dweller, keeping technology at the forefront. The Company has employee strength of approximately 600 (six hundred) plus employees.The Company has enrolled approximately 5,73,856 riders and 1,20,81,130 customers on its Platform as of today.
