Rowan Agro Nature Private Limited ,(RAPL) is an ISO 9001-2015 certified , agro startup started by professionals having decades of experience in nutrition , food , biotech and livestock industries . RAPL is running a state of art agro waste processing unit and organic certified primary processing unit for millets and cereal grains at Bijapur city in Karnataka state. RAPL has developed several process improvements through R&D team and also working with R&D institutes like Dept of GCPL, IISC , Bangalore to brings down the process losses, enhances product quality and performances. RAPL is engaged with local farmers in promoting organic farming cultivation methods in millets and cereal grains and helping farmers in getting organic certification for the produce and further help them to market those produce to market to benefit the farmers with additional revenues. RAPL, started with primary processing of Millets and gradually wanted to take that brand into value added products and nutraceuticals and functional foods. We have started the step towards validating the functional properties of millets and developing value based functional foods, looking forward to see the impact in the Indian food space. List of Millet Based Products: Primary Processed grains and flour of both organic certified and non-certified Millets and Cereal grains , Millet Based Energy/protein bars/Meal Replacement Bars, Multi Millet Cookies. RAPL has incubated at Nutrihub -TBI, an incubation center at Indian Institute of Millet Research(IIMR)-ICAR, Govt of India. RAPL with the help of IIMR and R&D center working on several R&D activities.
