Roysan is a permium snacks manufacturer dealing with healthy snacks and its brand the White Kernel is a premium, clean-label wellness food brand dedicated to transforming traditional Indian superfoods into modern, healthy snacks, starting with expertly roasted Makhana (Fox Nuts). Operating under a resilient twin-entity framework that strategically separates asset management from daily operations, the company maintains absolute control over its product quality and corporate footprint. Currently, the startup handles its entire supply chain by sourcing premium-grade raw fox nuts directly from Bihar, actively ensuring fair trade and stabilizing farmer incomes. These raw materials are immediately moved to a dedicated, hygienic hub in Guwahati, Assam, where will be roasted in small, artisanal batches using precise temperature controls that preserve the natural micronutrient profile of the superfood without relying on heavy oil, trans-fats, or any chemical preservatives. Moving forward, the company is launching its digital flagship store on a high-calibre Shopify architecture to deliver a seamless, high-trust direct-to-consumer experience tailored for health-conscious urban demographics. The operational blueprint involves scaling nationwide through an agile omnichannel distribution network, integrating the core e-commerce storefront with rapid-delivery quick-commerce platforms and the ONDC network to capture impulse health-snack purchases in Tier-1 cities.
