The platform operates through two novel AI systems: (1) a Multi-Agent Stakeholder Simulation Framework, in which LLM-based agents – each representing a key stakeholder of a government decision – interact in a structured AI-mediated consultation process to surface reactions, sentiments, and pushbacks; and (2) a novel AI-Powered Economic Modelling Engine that quantifies the economic value, distributional effects, and fiscal impact of the decision. The combined outputs are delivered as a Prediction Report to government clients, enabling them to improve decisions, anticipate opposition, and optimise resource allocation before implementation.
