RSense Technology Solutions is a technology-based products and services company. Our vision is to become one of the leading cloud-based ERP companies in India. RSense is a customer-centric organization. We are continuously re-engineering and innovating our products and services to keep delivering the best to our customers. Initially, we have taken up the development of ERP software, RWork, for institutes (engineering, pharmacy, management, etc.) which come under the umbrella of AICTE. Institutes today are complex organizations with hundreds of people working in tandem to create an ever-evolving organization. The key to success of an institute lies in the way it manages the deluge of information amongst other things. RWork envisions to become an Integrated Institute Management Software that spans across all functional requirements and departments of educational institutes to manage information on Admission, Academics (OBE), Staff, Students, Attendance, Time-table, Fees, Budget, Finance, Procurement, Hostel, Library, Documents etc. on a real time basis, generating various reports to provide key insights for improved decision-making and required for various accreditation agencies as well as other technical & local agencies. RWork is looking forward to addressing the need of all the key stakeholders within the education realm – students, parents, faculty, other staff, and trustees. We have divided the development of RWork into 4 phases. Currently, we have developed Phase-1 of RWork. In this phase, we have focussed on: i) academics wrto outcome-based education (OBE) model designed by NBA, and application of Bloom's taxonomy to provide individualistic feedback to the students by showcasing their strengths and weaknesses. ii) modules generating NBA reports of around 425 marks for Diploma Programs and around 500 marks for UG Programs covering most of the quantitative analysis based crucial reports iii) Student Record and Employee Record to make their informational reports easily available. We have also developed provision to issue Transference Certificate & Bonafide certificates directly from the software.
