Rug Fibers Private Limited (CIN: U01443RJ2025PTC106046), incorporated on 04 September 2025, is setting up a state-of-the-art, fully automatic wool scouring facility in Bikaner, Rajasthan—a key wool hub currently lacking modern scouring infrastructure. The project introduces Bikaner’s first international-standard scouring line, with advanced machinery imported from Turkey, ensuring consistent quality, high efficiency, and scalable operations. The facility will supply clean, globally compliant scoured wool to domestic spinners and export markets, addressing strong local demand and rising international need for traceable, sustainably processed Merino wool, with exports targeted to China and other global destinations, generating USD earnings for India. Designed around a strong ESG framework, the plant features water recycling systems, a dedicated Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), optimized chemical usage, and energy-efficient processes—critical for sustainable operations in an arid region. Socially, it strengthens the regional wool ecosystem, improves yields and quality for growers and spinners, and creates skilled employment. Governance is anchored in transparency, compliance, traceability, and ethical sourcing. Led by Aditya Dalmia, Vinay Kumar Banthia, and Adarsh Banthia, the company draws on 15+ years of wool industry experience, active relationships across 20+ countries, and deep alignment with global quality and sustainability standards—positioning Rug Fibers as a key enabler of export-led value addition in India’s wool industry.
