We process the spices in the traditional way using a hand chaki and avoids adulteration and heat involved in processing. All the work is done by women by hand. From grinding spices to cleaning and packing, all the work is done by women with their own hands, which further increases the quality of spices. The entire plant is operated by women and the women working here are mostly women above 50 years of age and are extremely helpless.
