Rx Consultant Private Limited (Rx) start up, exclusively focuses on providing customised market access solutions to very large pharma companies. Rx incorporated in pandemic times -08th Oct-20 by Ritu Poddar a woman entrepreneur who is also MD of the company. Thesis with which we operate is each patient’s family comes in with a different set of problems, designing one solution has limited benefit and does not create any differential experience. We treat each case differently and try and solve so that with minimum disruption the family is able to to approach the company for solutions, at the same time keep monitoring the overall ASP so that EBIT margins on drug are protected. The front end looks simple and easy – the back end is complex with multiple processes running. High Value Drug Solutions on pricing, discounting, payease etc. *Designing unique patient centric solutions* Enabling deliveries of drug. Providing unique solutions wherein efficacy of drug is established. Running guarantee or pay ease program wherein -in case of deterioration, or non standard outcomes promise a solution of hospital reimbursement. Run Patient Support Programmes so that all of them can be converged to deliver a strong proposition.
