As studied and observed, there are multiple reasons for non-adherence like lack of information and knowledge in patients, financial constraints of patients, unavailability of medicines, therapy fatigue, health illiteracy, affordability, Concordance is a paradigm shift in formulating the adherence strategy. It works on the patient belief model by increasing the quality of doctor patient interaction and medical consultation. It’s a step beyond intervention, that aims to tap into the emotional quotient of patient interaction. Designed along this concept, we are introducing new services that will reshape the way the healthcare industry handles adherence and patient care management.
