What this record amounts to
SADHGAMA BIOSCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED is a Startup India record we can place no finer than Visakhapatnam district, which holds 2,333 records in this snapshot. 201 of those records are filed under Healthcare & Lifesciences, 9% of the district. It carries no funding signal of any class, which is true of 2,055 of the 2,333 records in Visakhapatnam.
Every figure above is counted from the 2026-08 snapshot and is the same number the page it links to prints.
In their own words
PHYTOCHEMICAL AYURVEDIC COMPOUND DISCOVERY In the current world wide lockdown due to the spreading of coronavirus, our team has successfully researched possible options of potential drug targets using computer-aided analysis of phytochemicals as potential coronavirus inhibitors based on molecular docking studies. TESTING AND TRIALS: They have successfully prepared the sample of the Ayurvedic phytochemical formulation based on the computer-aided analysis. They are ready to submit sample for test trails through government approved procedures and to invite and cooperate with all agencies involved for necessary support for testing & evaluation and approve on fast track mode for study on patients affected with coronavirus. The Ayurvedic phytochemical drug discovery background information of our invention is attached with the title " Phytochemicals as potential SARS-CoV-2 - 2019 inhibitors based on molecular docking studies" with proven results in comparison with the currently used drugs for treatment of coronavirus patients and found to be more effective. AYURVEDIC DRUG DOSAGE ADMINISTION: This Ayurvedic drug can be given as a syrup to the patients in 10ml dose thrice a day. The drug would be effective on patients with promising recovery within a maximum of 3 days. COST OF DRUG: We have presently made a pilot trial of the phytochemical extract syrup only for the testing purpose. We would scale up to the volume requirements worldwide for which we need to build a process plant. which would cost approximately 2 to 3Million US$. We look forward for our Government agencies to test and conduct trials in viral labs before applying on Caronavirus Patients. We can bring down the present costs drastically provided the Government provides grants to establish the process plant. The present cost works out to around Rs. 600/- per a average five days treatment per patient. Yet, to make large quantities required available in short time, we need to establish a process plant. SIDE EFFECTS: The Phytochemical Ayurvedic drug based on the computer simulation results has no side effects. However, when the product is subjected to clinical trials and on affected patients, nil side effects will be established due to it being a natural Ayurvedic formulation. Trials in lab and patients will be a more effective method of evaluation. Press Release: This media release is for the purpose of declaration of the development of the Ayurvedic formulation of the drug in the form of syrup. We are seeking worldwide governments, starting with our GOI and their research and regulatory authorities help and cooperation to further the fast track Ayurvedic formulation trials. Further we wish to form strategic alliances with research institutions for furthering our efforts to reach the effected patients world wide to treat effectively. Ltd. email: [email redacted] Phytochemicals as potential SARS-CoV-2 - 2019 inhibitors based on molecular docking studies Biologically active compounds found in plants are naturally occurring compounds that have various medicinal properties. Numerous studies have reported the effectiveness of plant derived compounds against several diseases. The compounds are known to have potential antiviral, anti-diabetic, anti-bacterial, anti-malarial, anti-fungal, anti-tumor, anti-cancer etc. Screening of drugs using in-vitro and in-vivo analysis is becoming increasingly difficult, time consuming and costly due to high number of compounds under investigation. Therefore, the main advantage of in-silico drug designing is its cost-effectiveness in research and development of drugs. More drugs can be discovered using the computational studies with minimal investment of money and time benefits of using in silico methods can be exploited in all the stages of drug development, i.e. from the preclinical discovery stage to later stages of clinical trials. This in-silico study targets the inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 main protease with unliganded active site (2019-nCoV, Coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19) (PDB ID: 6Y84) with phytochemicals derived from the plant, which is locally present in Asia and some other countries. The biological active compounds of the plant are known to have inhibitory results against many viral and bacterial diseases; however, this study analyses the potential of binding these compounds against Coronavirus. Biologically active compounds are collected from the plant were selected through scientific literature survey. Molecular docking of SARS-CoV-2 main protease with unliganded active site (2019-nCoV, Coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19) (PDB ID: 6Y84) with selected compounds was performed using software. Compounds were docked against Coronavirus to calculate binding energy and inhibitory constant (Ki) values. The docking results showed that all the compounds expressed differen

The neighbourhood
This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.
What we do not know
- no incorporation date
- no funding signal of any kind
- no address beyond the district
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
