To enter into, manage, undertake, carry on and engaged in the business of Real Estate as Planners, Builders, Real Estate Developers, Architects and Civil Engineers, Contractors, and to build/construct, operate, maintain, manage, control and administer, Earth Works, farmhouses, Parks, Gardens, Row-houses, Duplex Apartments, Commercial, Residential or Industrial building Complexes, Retail Stores, Shopping Centres, Market Yards, acquire, purchase, possess, hold and deal in agriculture land, farms, plots, fields, sites, gardens, groves and all description of vacant or non-vacant lands with or without trees to purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire sell and mortgage any buildings easements or such other interest in any movable property and to develop and turn to account by laying out, plotting and preparing the same for building purposes, constructing building, furnishing, fitting up and improving buildings and by paying, draining arid building on lease. 4.
