The Company has the following Directors: a) Mr Sunil Kumar Gupta b) Mr Kapil Dev Nikhanj c) Ms Amrit Varsha Datta It was a dream of the promoters to serve the society in the healthcare sector and had thereafter decided to open up an affordable hospital as one of its kind. The Company is now in the process of setting up, running and operating a 304 bedded multi-specialty affordable Hospital at Sector 10, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The Company has signed a MOU with Ajeenkya DY Patil Healthcare Private Limited (ADPH), who shall invest in the setup of the Hospital like investing in the medical equipment, Trained Manpower, facilities furniture and fixtures for setting up Pathology, Radiology, Cardiac, OT, Dental, General Surgery, CSSD, ICU, Ventilation, NICU, PICU and similar facilities. Sai Next shall obtain all the necessary approvals, licenses and permissions required to run and operate the Multi-Specialty Hospital at its own costs under the name of the ADPH, including providing utilities such as power, HVAC, Gases, STP, ETP, FIRE etc. at its own costs. The Company is now filing this application for its registration as the Startup for the unique work being undertaken by the Company and its promoters for the benefit of society.
