We, Saitarsh Edibles Agro Foods LLP, are a food processing and agri-supply chain startup focused on sourcing, processing, and supplying high-quality whole spices and spice blends under our brand “ChilliClove.” We are committed to building a transparent, traceable, and efficient farm-to-customer supply chain by sourcing directly from key spice-growing regions across India and ensuring strict quality control, standardized processing, and batch-level traceability. In addition to whole spice sourcing and supply, we are establishing a customized spice sachet and blend manufacturing model focused on serving HoReCa, institutional, and food service clients. Our initial setup focuses on blending, formulation, portioning, and hygienic packaging without gravy or ready-to-eat production, enabling us to operate with efficient capital deployment while maintaining professional food safety and quality standards. Our strength lies in direct sourcing, standardized batch control, and the ability to develop client-specific spice blends tailored to exact recipe requirements. This allows us to deliver consistent flavor, quality reliability, and full traceability across our supply chain. In the coming years, we aim to expand into advanced spice processing, private label manufacturing, and export markets while continuing to strengthen India’s spice value chain through improved efficiency, quality consistency, and scalable processing infrastructure.
