We are a newly established Chartered Accountants firm registered as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The firm has been set up with the objective of providing comprehensive, technology-driven and value-added professional services to startups, MSMEs, corporates and individual clients in India. The firm is promoted by Two qualified Chartered Accountants and is currently supported by a team of 8 trained staff members, including semi-qualified professionals and support personnel. We aim to deliver high-quality services with a strong focus on compliance, transparency, efficiency and client-centric solutions. Our core areas of practice include: Accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting Statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit Income-tax compliance, advisory and representation GST registration, compliance, audit and advisory Company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 Startup advisory, including incorporation, regulatory compliances and funding readiness Business advisory, MIS reporting and process improvement The firm leverages digital tools, cloud-based accounting software and automation to improve accuracy, turnaround time and cost efficiency for clients.
