SANSHRA GANGES TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD PRESENTS FUEL CARD WALLET BRIEFING Purpose The Main Motto of this briefing is to present option and recommendation to make theft free vehicles, improve the transaction and dispensing of fuels at pumps (PAN). Background Earlier hard cash was the only method of purchasing any amount of fuel at fuel pump. People used to go, ask for the amount or litre of fuel and pay for it. As time passed technology intercepted the method of acquiring increased. Online payment and card payments are examples. But what if, you are with no cash, no online option or don’t have credit in your account to perform any sort of transaction and in a desperate need of fuel. What will you do? Don’t think situation like this never intervene, in late nights few pumps only accepts cash and no online transactions of any kind, due to fraudulent. People also do not easily trust fuel pumps that they dispense less fuel and the machine is distempered. Vehicles are being stolen very minute and tracking takes lots of manpower and time. Current Situation In recent time payment methods has become an absolute easy way of purchasing fuels. As the main purpose of development, is making people lives easier, fast and better of any level. Now a days a consumer visits pumps, asks for Rs.2000 fuel, the vendor accepts the request and dispense the fuel in 2 to 3mins. Then vendor ask for payment method, cash, card or online. If it is cash, 1 to 2min of time is required maximum; with card around 1 min and QR scanner then you need to show proof to the office at the pump which takes 4 to 5mins, and you leave. What if this Entire 6 to 7mins of process just trimmed to 2 to 3mins?Vehicles get stolen and not easy to track. Recommendation Here we will link each and every vehicle with a RFID tag similar to fast tag and as people are already using it, there won’t be any extra effort to make this understand which will be much easier to implement. The RFID tag will be linked to fuel card wallet and tag will be named as “FUEL CARD”. A mobile RFID tracker will be allocated to each vending machine consisting of LCD panel. The moment vehicle arrives, vendor will scan the card and will check certain criteria and will command ok via panel then meter will get set to zero, input are provided i.e., in amount or liter, fuel is dispensed, a message(SMS) and alert on app will be received within 30s about the transaction its location meanwhile to the consumer and without confirmation of consumer no will be able to purchase any fuel so as if vehicle is stolen with the tag he will be able to track where he refueled the vehicle or tried to and before that he can lock the vehicle from phone itself. After the dispense vehicle can leave the perimeter without any payment. Which they can make via prepaid or postpaid within defined period of time (up to 7 days) and if they not, their card will get blocked. So no other pumps or any will decline the purchasing of fuel neither in cash or online methods. The main motto is to make the entire transaction in India cashless and antitheft an initiative towards Digital India which will help monitoring the transactions of pumps and fuel fraudulent, cameras will be there to capture the physical presence of vehicle as a proof of transaction, which provides multi factor authentication.
