santhnaidu and associates is a proprietor ship firm started by Santosh Naidu providing professional service in the service sector in the areas of Risk management, change management, lean six sigma quality training deployment, operations excellence controls management, human resources and operations excellence Santosh Naidu the founder comes with over two decades of international experience after having worked with fortune 500 brands such as GE Capital, IBM India, Fidelity investments and Deutsche Bank group started his own practice to address problems encountered in most corporates. Given his multi-functional experience, he has consulted top Indian private banking institutions, funded start-ups and individuals deploying programs for end to end development of institutions. In addition to being a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and Risk and Compliance trainer, he is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Over the past two years we have developed frameworks for idea management, a methodology to solve employability issues for experienced personnel with over 5 years of work experience and innovative pedagogy combining corporate learning for nature conservation and identified opportunities for eco-tourism in South India. Given the professional background, the objective of this organization is to inspire service excellence by providing relevant solutions for the problems faced by young India in the modern workspace and therefore supporting the call given by the honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi of creating a AtmaNirbharBharat
