Saras Talent Mobility Private Limited is building an AI-powered, two-sided talent marketplace that addresses a structural inefficiency in India's recruitment ecosystem: the persistent mismatch between employers and candidates across blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar segments. While existing platforms function largely as digital job boards, our solution is designed as an intelligent matching engine that evaluates candidates on skills, context, and fit — not just keywords on a resume. The problem we are solving. India's hiring market is fragmented across sectors and skill levels. Employers in healthcare, logistics, construction, hospitality, and IT spend disproportionate time and cost filtering unqualified applications, while millions of candidates — particularly first-time job seekers and skilled tradespeople — remain invisible to relevant employers because traditional platforms reward keyword optimisation, not actual capability. The result is high time-to-hire, elevated drop-off rates, and underemployment despite available opportunities. Our solution. A horizontal, two-sided marketplace currently under active development, built around a proprietary AI/ML matching layer. The platform ingests structured candidate profiles and employer requirements and generates ranked, context-aware matches that account for skill adjacency, location feasibility, sector experience, and role-specific suitability. Both candidates and employers transact on a single platform — candidates discover and apply to roles aligned with their actual capability profile, while employers receive pre-qualified shortlists rather than raw application volumes.
