Sarvapindi Systems Private Limited is an early-stage Indian startup building MYT, a mobile platform for )Stand-Alone Apartments) self-managed residential apartments (3–100 residents) — a segment of smaller societies that lack dedicated management staff and today rely on WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets entirely managed by the resident of stand alone apartment often called a 'Admin'. MYT unifies community accounting, maintenance payment tracking, communications, polls, requests, handymen and warranty records into a single app. Our key innovation is a lean 6-field onboarding that creates a functional community in under 2 minutes, with AI-assisted Excel import. The app is free; revenue comes from embedded fintech rails (BBPS, payment gateway, pooled insurance).
