We are looking to diversify in the areas of affordable housing using our in house construction ideologies which are significantly different from other developers/builders. Innovative Construction Technologies using deck sheets and fiber cement boards are just a few ideas that are extremely unique and one of a kind. We are also looking to avoid sand and m sand used in construction which in itself is one of a kind idea. We are also looking to invest in solid blocks which are manufactured from various recycled materials like slag and the like. These innovative concepts are sure to capture the market in itself and will provide the much needed impetus to our organisation and its growth.
