Our Farmer Producer Company aims to establish a freeze-drying (lyophilization) unit to process agricultural produce into high-value, long shelf-life products. The unit will primarily focus on fruits, vegetables, herbs, and dairy-based products sourced directly from member farmers.Freeze-drying technology removes moisture while preserving the product’s nutritional value, flavor, color, and texture, making it suitable for domestic and export markets. This initiative will help reduce post-harvest losses, stabilize farmer income, and create value-added products such as freeze-dried fruits, instant food ingredients, and nutraceuticals.
