Scezmo Sensing Technologies builds the Samyojak Series — IoT-enabled continuous monitoring systems for cutting fluid quality in CNC machining centres. The system measures concentration, pH, temperature, turbidity, odour, electrical conductivity, microbial contamination, ionic concentrations, and coolant level in real time, and generates correction alerts before fluid degradation causes tool wear, corrosion, or disposal cost. Unlike manual spot-checks or single-parameter sensors, Samyojak closes the loop between measurement and corrective action. The technology is protected under provisional patent application No. 202321003674 (filed January 2023).
