ScreentTripping is a startup dedicated to capturing and sharing the true picture of a vibrant and dynamic new India. It aims to fill the acute shortage of relevant Indian stock videos and images that businesses require for their content, e-commerce and communication requirements across mediums. The stock video footage and images industry is currently dominated by international stock image banks like Shutterstock Images and Getty Images. Indian businesses across categories and industries struggle to find authentic Indian stock videos and images that they can use to connect with their audiences. ScreenTripping with its expertise in filmmaking and the deep brand understanding of its team (that has decades of experience in advertising) wants to bridge this gap. It seeks to combine technology and insights about consumer profiling to create an online marketplace. One which will connect Indian videographers and photographers with businesses and create an eco-system which will be a win-win situation for both It wants to skill, motivate and monetise budding videographers and photographers across the the country to help capture and share nuances of Indian life. culture and people that foreign cameramen have never been able to do full justice to. And also give businesses a chance to tell their brand stories with real Indian flavour.
