SD Construction and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a construction-based company established in 2022, now evolving into a skill development and employment generation startup. The company’s vision is to bridge the gap between unskilled rural youth and the growing demand for trained manpower in India’s construction and allied sectors. The startup is building an integrated skilling-to-employment model that combines:  Sector-Specific Training – Providing structured training in construction trades such as Masonry, Plumbing, and Electrical works, along with future expansion into Banking, Finance, Hospitality, and Healthcare.  Hybrid Learning Approach – Leveraging virtual platforms, AR/VR-based simulations, and offline practical training to ensure high-quality, job-ready skills.  On-the-Job Skilling – Training workers directly at project sites for practical exposure.  Gig Workforce Development – Creating a certified pool of skilled youth available for industries on-demand, supporting both gig and regular employment. Through this startup, SD Construction and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is not only addressing the problem of unemployment among rural youth but also solving the industry’s challenge of low productivity due to unskilled labor. The ultimate aim is to empower youth with employable skills, reduce exploitation, and provide industries with a reliable, skilled workforce, thereby contributing to both social impact and economic growth.
