The problem of unemployment has grown over the years in every sector of the Industry, So, our motive is to create opportunities for those graduate engineers who are unemployed. Many companies do not hire employees who do not have experience and are freshers in the industry, So, Our aim is to train these individuals and have them gain experience on live projects. These individuals then can exchange the shared experience to get better opportunities in the many different companies in India and abroad which requires and ask for experience. And this is an important problem to solve. We are planning to solve this problem by taking multiple Contract works in the government sector specially in the Railways sector. We are targeting those contracts that are below 50 lakhs and we take up multiple such contracts at a time. The reason for chosing this value is that the works under this value will consume less time to complete and we can then roll up for new works and repeat the cycle and engage many such unemployed individuals who would be trained and help them gain experience in handling many different sectors in the industry which can then help them find suitable posts in the future. Our uniqueness is that we have a base of well experienced individuals in the field, including Engineers, Contractors, Businessmen, Suppliers, Vendors, Experienced Contract Hardened Advisors, Accountant, and have a Pan India Network with many Private Players in the Industry, who are working as Business Developers in Reputed companies such as IRB infra, IRCON, ADANI Infra, etc and other such players, to help and assist us, so we do not require experienced employees, we hire new individuals and help them gain experience in live works with a guided hand. This helps them in looking for better opportunities in different sectors. Our company generates revenue only through Government Contracts right now. We bid for Government Tenders both that are online and offline. through District Departments and Local Govt. Administrations.. We also help other Contractors and small Players in the industry who takes up job under our company and we guide them by acting as a PMC and charge a small percentage of the work for our rendered services. We are also Working in as a liaisoning agency between Organizations and charge a consulting fee for our rendered services. But we are planning to scale up and expand into the Private sector as well to gain Back to Back Contracts.
