A Brief Story of my StartUp (Seemanchal AgriTool (OPC) Pvt. Ltd) The project is related Production of a Cattle Feed making machine that makes cattle feed / Goat feed/ Poultry feed / Organic fertilizer / Poultry waste fertilizer, BioEnergy, under this project the company will be producing Feed pellets. Cattle Feed Plant is designed and manufactured to process feed pellets. The machines are designed and engineered upon the properties and profile of the raw material to be processed, which is readily available in the region where the machine is going to be installed. Given the huge availability of Cattle feed across India, there are many installations designed to process feed pellets, The unique feature of the feed pellet machine is that majority of Feed pellets run without binding . The machine binds the raw material at high pressure under heat. It does not require any external heating source hence the technology of this plant is known as binder-less technology. Because of the heat formation, all feed pellet gets roasted and becomes Bacteria-free feed. This is very tasty and liked by animals. Let’s look at some distinguished benefits of feed in pellet form. • Roasted feed, • Easy to digest. • Bacteria-free. • No wastage while Feeding. • Increase in Milk. • With Protein feed • Easy to transport, Good shelf Life. • Economical and Cheaper and better than market available feed Why Make Feed Pellet For Livestock And Poultry Animals?
