Here at Self Care Headquarters, we aim to help people improve their mental health as well as create awareness about the topic by using stationery as tools. We design our products with the goal of helping our customers improve their mental health. We try to include and implement well-researched psychological principles in our products to help our users cope with stress, anxiety, and other challenges. We aim to incorporate evidence - based techniques in our products so that they can aid our users in their mental health journey.
