Semi Copilot Private Limited is a deep-tech software startup building Digital Twin platforms for the semiconductor industry. The company develops intelligent simulation software that mirrors real-world chip-manufacturing processes using a combination of physics-based models and artificial intelligence (AI). Our mission is to empower upcoming Indian semiconductor fabs and backend OSAT units—such as Tata Electronics (Dholera), Tata Electronics (Assam), Micron Technology (Sanand), Kaynes Semicon (Sanand, Mysuru), and others such as Sahasra Semiconductors (Bhiwadi)—with advanced process-optimization tools that reduce trial-and-error in equipment setup, save wafer costs, and accelerate the Target yield achievement. Semi Copilot works in close collaboration with IIT Bombay, IISc Bangalore and CDAC Bangalore to integrate Indian academic research on plasma physics, process modeling, and AI into a usable industrial platform. The company’s core vision is to help India achieve “Zero Defect, Zero Waste Manufacturing” in the semiconductor value chain by providing virtual process-engineering environments that let fabs test and tune manufacturing recipes digitally—before running expensive physical trials. By bridging the gap between research institutions and factory operations, Semi Copilot positions India to build world-class semiconductor manufacturing capabilities at a fraction of the traditional R&D cost.
