Our vision is to create digital therapeutics apps for cardio-metabolic diseases, that can reach millions of people and help them manage their health wherever they are. We are enabling an ecosystem of longitudinal data collection where we correlate outcomes with various parameters such as patient profile, genomics, clinical interventions, follow-ups etc. Using this data, we conduct statistical analyses and build AI/ML based risk prediction models to identify at-risk individuals, further offering personalised interventions to them through our apps. Our solutions are specific to local populations. Our product suite: eRegistry Platform: an IT-based globally compliant system for longitudinal and cross-sectional data collection and analysis. The system is low cost, easy to use and enables fast rollout for institutions. App for secondary and tertiary preventive care: an app for patients at high risk of cardiometabolic conditions that provides precise and personalised interventions to improve outcomes. Medication adherence app: a simple intuitive end-user app to improve medication adherence through knowledge, reminders and refills, to help reduce the risk of cardiac events.
