semXai is at the MVP / early validation stage (TRL 5) with a working software platform to improve energy efficiency of AI workloads in data centers. PoC validations have been conducted on NVIDIA, AMD GPUs, and FPGA platforms. The innovation lies in our software–hardware co-optimization approach. Phase 1 delivers a hardware-agnostic platform combining compile-time model optimization with runtime energy-aware execution to improve performance-per-watt. In Phase 2, we will extend this into customized energy-efficient AI silicon (AI Core IP) for deeper infrastructure-level efficiency
