In the quest of achieving the Sustainable Development Goal of Good Health and Well Being for promoting and ensuring healthy lives, mental health is an area that requires attention just as equivalent to physical health. Mental health is much over like any other chronic disease, the roots of which might be deep rooted in an individual’s past. This makes it important to have a tracked record of the emotional history of the individual as everyday one experiences a plethora of emotions with different intensity. At SENSEMO HEALTH, we aim to establish SENSEMO as a one stop solution for concerns related to emotional and mental wellbeing by developing a holistic innovative fitness solution platform in (app, chatbots, device) that can help individuals to track their emotional states based on their physiological and other parameters and provide them with personalised insights, making them more self-aware of how they feel and deal with their emotions. With this platform we intend to help people lead an Emotionally Intelligent lifestyle. How do we do it? - Envisioning to break and overcome the stigma that comes along with the word mental health by creating engaging awareness programs - Aiming to use AI based personalised solutions to manage stress, anxiety and other related emotional states of an individual - Supporting the individuals with 24/7 personalised health support/ consulting services to deal with their emotional challenges - Developing and building different programs focusing on geriatric care, parenting, adulthood and corporate work life balance - Aiming to collaborate with the government on inculcating and imbibing different aspects of mental and emotional health in the course curriculum of the educational structure in the country These all will be coupled with our mental health support services accessible to everyone at their fingertips. With this engaging platform we aim to provide employment & job opportunities to numerous subject area experts such as psychiatrists, psychologists, technology building engineers and many more. This in return would contribute in building a society which would be more self-aware, positive and enlightened on dealing with mental and emotional disturbances.
