To ideate, conceptualize, strategize, analyse, develop, design, manufacture, buy, sell, import, export, trade, distribute, provide maintenance and otherwise deal in all kinds of semiconductors, including but not limited to (i) semiconductor wafers, (ii) thin-film nano-fabrication sensors, sensing chips and elements created through a nano-fabrication process on silicon wafer, (iii) sensor integrated circuits, (iv) other electronic systems, components, apparatus and articles for application and usage in various industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, construction, automotive and medical sector, for measuring physical parameters, such as magnetic fields, temperature, pressure etc. 2. To undertake high quality research and development and other related activities in order to manufacture, design, develop and provide innovative products, technology and solutions to various industries functioning across several geographies by leveraging areas relating to the above-mentioned objects and such other ancillary areas as may from time to time be deemed fit, thereby creating valuable Intellectual Property assets for the company. 3. To import, export, manufacture, test, fabricate, assemble, stock, distribute, sell all products related to the field of activities listed above, whether individually or in partnership or collaboration with other individuals, organizations, or entities anywhere in the world by leveraging its strengths and for this purpose to enter into joint venture, collaboration, franchising, licensing and trade agreements. 4. To provide field level as well as remote support and maintenance services of the various products dealt by the company and for this purpose to enter into various contracts including maintenance contracts, with end users and such other parties as may be necessary.
