I am currently growing Oyster Mushrooms with 250 kilos per day yield capacity with advanced technology organically. I came up with a idea of developing Edible Bouquets by replacing the flowers with colored Oyster mushrooms and other varieties of mushrooms. I have developed prototype and currently working on the development of new bouquet models by enhancing the shelf life of the mushrooms by adapting pre cooling and freeze drying and other techniques.
