"Our Business Shivambika Services LLP is a service-based financial solutions company engaged in EMI collection and debt recovery on behalf of Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) such as Hero Fincorp and L&T Finance. We assist these institutions by recovering overdue EMIs and debts from their customers in a professional and systematic manner, thereby reducing their operational cost and improving repayment efficiency. Our revenue model is commission-based, directly linked to the volume of successful recoveries made for our partner institutions. This ensures transparency and performance-driven engagement. By acting as a bridge between lending institutions and their defaulting customers, we solve a critical problem for Banks and NBFCs who otherwise face significant challenges in managing collections in-house. With more than one year of prior experience and a strong process-driven approach, we are now formally operating as a registered LLP since August 2025.
