About Shivtensity What is Shivtensity? It is a platform which promotes respectful and authentic dialogues on sexuality with a mental health perspective. We use a shame-free, choice promoting, comprehensive, and pleasure-positive approach to educate on the importance of Mental and Sexual health. The aim is to educate people and create more awareness by making them think and question their existing beliefs. This idea is inspired by the Socratic way of questioning and thinking. Sexual wellness of an individual is interlinked with their mental health and vice versa. The current society offers less encouragement to such topics of discussion. It is considered a taboo topic and has stigma and ignorance around it. With our actionable ideas of change, the knowledge can empower and transform individuals engaging with these ideas. Mission To generate respectable and authentic dialogues about sexual and mental health. Reduce stigma with information, awkward with awareness and abuse by learning about safety and consent.
