Background - SHODH is a knowledge start-up driven by its core values. We offer need based services to the Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare industry with a blend of customisation to cater perfectly to their Talent requirements. We bank on the extensive industry know-how, experience and expertise available with our team. We strongly believe "People" are at the core of every business idea, product or service. And so are our services, aimed at improving "People" experience every day and the roots date back to 1997. Current Work - We have an offline learning center at Aurangabad which has state-of-art laboratory and training classrooms. Since April, 2017 more than 350 students have taken advanced domain skill training and have been successfully placed with more than 25 Pharma & Biotech companies pan India. Projections - We strongly believe in the concept and understand the potential which can be tapped through these activities. Now we are targeting a ramp-up of our operation by integration online learning platform to support the current offline platform to extend our reach across locations pan India.
