Shoolini Saffron, established in August 2023, has successfully implemented the aerophonic technique to cultivate saffron in a 300 sq ft. room. With an initial investment of 10 lakhs, we have achieved a production output of 500 grams of premium saffron. Moreover, we have trained and inspired over 20 entrepreneurs to embark on saffron cultivation ventures. Our vision is to position Himachal Pradesh as a leading saffron cultivator, leveraging the immense potential of the global saffron industry. OUR OBJECTIVES: Expand saffron cultivation operations to increase production and revenue. Establish Shoolini Saffron as a prominent brand in the saffron market. Continue to train and inspire entrepreneurs to engage in saffron cultivation. Contribute to making Himachal Pradesh a hub for saffron cultivation.
